Actually I just completed 1 year in Accenture (cl- 12) with no project still on bench. So I'm planning for masters, will Accenture helps in any way for me or only option for me is to resign and go on my own.

Actually they gave training on sap fico which I opted at 11th place in list, and Even in project calls they are rejecting me due my background which is B tech instead of commerce. So I wanna go for master.

They reject you because you have btech and not bcom ? This doesn't make sense for a tech role
