21moTrending @Accenture; Why people in my team are not Team Players?
I am new to Accenture. I got plotted to one of the activities our team takes care of and it feels like I am working without knowledge. Moreover team mates I have are always into their own things and are not at all working as a team. Whenever I ask whether we can go through this together, they are like we have to do this then eat etc. excuses to not get into call.

That is terrible to hear, not very typical Some people are buggers, but just try to slowly build friendship
Initially old timers may play hard to get, but over time they will open up once you become friendly
