Trending @Accenture; Why level 12 are not getting projects
It’s really upsetting and stressful to be on the bench for more than 8 months. We are not getting any project or proper response from anyone. We don’t know what to do next.
Here you get project alloted randomly and not based on skills and proficiency, they come to use only in interview, also projects are filled with juniors and they dont want them.
Accenture hires in bulk in any college they go and then torchers them with or without project. Please inform your juniors to not accept the offers from this company.

In most of engagement Accenture either goes with blended rate or fixed price.
In Fixed price currently budget and schedule is very tight, no scope of providing training and waiting for someone to perform.
In blended rate Accenture charges the same cost for all team members irrespective of designation and experience to clients, and clients are insisting on experienced people.
Third issue is Agile practice, it is expected to start performing from day 1, freshers don't fit there.
I would suggest keep learning and keep trying, otherwise your experience will increase but skill will not.
