Trending @Accenture; Why is 2 days a week from office mandatory now?
I noticed a few posts on Grapevine mentioning that Accenture plans to make 2 days per week from office mandatory. But why is this needed when 1 day per week was already working well?
Managers are feeling their job is at risk if everything is working what is their need, they are telling we can increase productivity if they bring everyone to office for 2-3 days
Why is this need? - Ultimate employee dissatisfaction.
This is an evil organization.

All other companies have 3 days policy or whole week or 2 daysm Accenture only had 1 day per week. And making 2 days will not hurt anyone as they also will follow other companies.
Why to follow other companies. ? Give me one specific reason Mr. Program manager
I guess .it is save team members from layoff and PIP list.Closely monitor employees who were really working or not. Recently the company found a big scam or fraud that few employees hired in WFH period that those employees some managed crack the interview but they don't have experience or knowledge. It save their jobs, they hired freelancer to complete their work.
