Trending @Accenture; Why does your manager ask for achievements?
Manager asked for achievements and posted good feedback on the workday recently. Would this reflect in May cycle for a hike/promotion specially when most people say there is no hike this cycle. Btw, I'm at level 11 for 17 months and handled few projects as an individual contributor with client appreciation.
When there r many good candidates this additional thing helps to separate the butter out of the buttermilk ;)
Understood..any communication on mid year hikes from your supervisor?
I aint getting most prolly last year got promoted so..
Exact same case with me, I am also at cl 11 for 16 months, and my manger asked about my achievements, certificatations , primary skill proficiency etc etc.
No one else in my team i heard about that he asked same things.
I also had contributed too much in my project, and now he has onboarded me in other project as earlier project got completed where he only is PM.
Can i expect promotion to cl10 this June??
