Trending @Accenture; Why are they now taking survey on Performance and rewards outcome?

Most of you might have received an email for this survey. I haven't seen such a type of survey so far during my tenure here. They need an explanation on the question "Do you have any plans to quit?" and whether your answer is yes or no, they need explanation. 😂
