Trending @Accenture; Why accenture promoting its employee in Sep month as reguler promotion cycle is May and December ?

This is happening from hr side. Pramotion plus some hike for specific people who did get very little hike in past 3 to 4 years

We have four cycles for hike/promotion. Two Major - June and December
Two Minor - March and September. So, nothing is unusual.
