Hiring new people is a trick to make active in market ..Its a strategic decision..

It's a corporate trap.

Deal with government. Delivery centers have servers which need infinite supply of electricity. Rent and electricity is cheap in India(urban areas). State government have tie ups with these companies to hire these many amount of people.. Accenture gives shit about you. You exist just to show the government a number. Any alterations in these will effect employment and layoffs.. As soon as you are assigned to project.. you will be billable to your client and your salary is their headache. Grind DSA, become a better dev... Shift ASAP!

Well they will claim 23000 from government through NATS program for each resource for one year. So, you do the math they will be lot cheaper than the ASE's who completed one year
