Trending @Accenture; Why accenture is forcing to change access card? My access card is only 1 year old it is working fine.
It's because they are currently unable to track the number of hours we spend in office. They want employees to spend at least 9 hrs in office. The old id card did not have this tracking details captured. With the new ID card, it is possible to check your tap in tap out time. This was informed to us by our delivery manager to go and collect updated ID cards.
thats not how it works, capturing hardware is built in, the new access card will be for global access across the Accenture site. Your old card is still linked to ur id and each swipe is captured. I spoke to my location head and he can see all the data, our time is still being captured and it's just that Accenture is not saying anything for time spent on the floor.
