whom to reach out for ask regarding promotion or hike ? I am working on Devops Profile having 5+ years of experience and I got no hike or promotion from past 2 years, I am at level 10 and my fixed+var salary is below 10 lpa, is it underpaid? I believe it is after doing Market research. My question is -
- Am I too underpaid at this level with this tech?
- Whom to reach out for questions regarding hike or promotion or when can I expect ?
- Is it good time to switch ? I am worrying about recession buzz.
- can anyone with Devops or cloud profile background suggest me on which tech stack should I work or have better scope (my current tech stack -GCP, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Prometheus and basic knowledge of AzureDevops.)

My var + fix is also 10lpa at CL10 and i have also completed 2yrs at this CL and expecting promotion in May Cycle..my performance is excellent but lets see if i get promotion or not. how can we reach out to HR for hike? I have 7 yr of experience but my package is not as per market standards

Don't depend on Accenture especially this cycle , better switch with good hike

First try to discuss with Your People Lead then talk with HR, My People Lead don't know anything pushing me to talk with HR directly. Very less chance of promotion or hike in this cycle, one person said we will receive Julie sweet's mail in this month regarding this , then we can decide or wait .

At lvl 10 you should have at least 10 LPA fixed.
Are you a lateral joiner ?? Or you are with Accenture since beginning of your journey??
It depends on this situation also so

I am a lateral joiner, my fix+variable pay is less than 10 lpa, I am having more than 9 years of experience in cloud and Devops domain, it is too less than from Market standard salary
