Thank you, i joined on July 13 and got into a project on nov 7 i got 8.5% 3.5k but this will change this time right? I heard VP is 27% @AnonymityisKing can you please clarify sir

Usually whatever they give in November is given in May also. I assume it would continue but since there is so much uncertainty about hike cycles so can't say. The VP which is given to you during CTC documentation is max. I have never gotten full VP ever :) Max I have received is half of max VP quoted to me
