Trending @Accenture; Who is Resigning without offer in jan 2026?

I’m feeling stuck,no career growth and less salary and no mental peace as I’m thinking about it so much and with the pressure. I’m feeling anxiety, chest pain and also I’m in a very toxic project with micro management and I’m not feeling like to work at all in Accenture.. I’m stuck with this fucking 90 days notice period and not getting any calls and I’m thinking to resign in January, as if I resign now, I know that my management will definitely black mail that they will put me in PIP and or de motivate me or may think like I’m doing drama.. What I should tell pls suggest me

Me, I am eagerly waiting for that time but in my case I'm taking a break from a 9-5 job.

What is ur plan? Break will not lead into career break?

I would say permanent Stop for 9-5 jobs but no one knows where life goes, I have exposure in positional trading and already getting passive income. So I want to shift my life towards spirituality which I am very much interested in.

Get into PIP. Then start searching job. 30 days NP.

Why when in pip 30 is the notice period only 30 days?

Health should be first priority in my opinion - rest everything can wait :) Why don’t you opt to change the project?

Remember if you are in PIP then you can't rejoin Accenture

So think practically if you want to resign feel free to resign without thinking what will happen.

I would suggest not resigning without OL if you are mentally not stable .
