I have changed two projects between March 2023 to August 2024. My self reflection has been completed by my last project's people lead. Who would decide my hike percentage for the month of December-my current project's manager or previous project's manager?

The hike percentage is decided by the HR team in consultation with your current project's manager. Your previous project's feedback may be considered, but the final decision lies with the current manager and HR.

The actual hike lies with the DU lead or the factory lead. It is not up to HR to give a hike percentage, if a DU lead wants to retain an employee or give market correction to the employee he/she can do it.
