Your people lead will push for your promotion/ performance. Du lead is the decider for your percentage of hike..

A person who has no knowledge of Technology or Management and they just are older(they think that is an accomplishment) and must have switched from Infosys/TCS/Wipro and other Indian ITs at Senior Manager/Associate Director/ Leadership level and trying to spread the bad culture here by being oversmart. Those people are responsible for your hike percentage which is peanuts.
