Trending @Accenture; Who decide variable pay percentage to be paid to an employee also how it's paid?

How it gets paid?

E.g. I joined on 26th Feb 2024 and I got variable pay for Rs 824 and I could see lead name is different as I was hard locked to some other project and later after 10 days I got hard locked to second one and continued

So for me Variable pay percentage got considered for May pay out for till period Feb 2024 and that's done by old people lead so will I get different percentage from new people lead or I will get half of considered percentage variable pay in month of November 2024
