I have been working in a project until December 2024 and then after being on bench for 1 and half month I moved to another project in feb. which performance feedback will be considered for this cycle. Last project or current project?

Ideally it should be both. I am on the same boat as you, but I was informed by my manger that she will not check with the old team and would rather judge me basis my current performance. As a result of which I was not even considered for this appraisal.
