I am thinking about to participate in interview however I am preparing list of companies for Finance operations role
Have doubt which one is good Means both side cab provided or not salary hike percentage, and others features
Anyone please mention your thoughts 🤔 If you know better than these two please alao mentioned the same

Genpact has a lot to improve. Your might not get WLB and less benefits for employees, though they used do provide cabs in their BPO projects long back. In case you clear both, go for NTT Data if the package is similar
