Hcl - 16 fixed +1.5lakh(Variable pay).

Sapiens - 18 fixed+1.5(Variable pay)(Renegation is pending)

PWC - 20 fixed + 2 lakh bonus

Capgemini - Offer in pipeline
Need your suggestion on this considering work life balance and perks and benefits.
I have only 10 days remaining to decide.
Apart from hcl choose any ,,but if you take my personal advice ,, Sapiens , PWC , CG are same at your 7 YOE as the real work in each company depends on the work you get to do in project allocated & the supervisor you get to work with ( your supervisor will really okay a great role in shaping your career) , so for now I would say go for a company with higher package & better HR policy ( do some research by contacting all 3 company employee through your network) , and at the end once you enter company don't blindly accept any project, get to know the role , always accept a role which you should feel will challenge your current capacity by 40-50 % ( you take up more challenges in the role once you are comfortable) , but please don't settle for any easy roles

Seeing Accenture situation right now , lot of things are changing, it is not the same company as it was before 3-4 years ! One advise is , don't stay back ! You can always come back after some years if you want to

Don't go for Capgemini , it's worst then accenture.
