Trending @Accenture; Which company is better ? Accenture or IBM
I recently got an offer from IBM. My Manager and people lead told me that they can provide the same compensation within 1 year. So, what should I choose. I have a better work culture and work life balance in my project. Can someone suggest which is better ? Not able to make a decision.
Kuchh nhi hona bhai yaha, just move on. You are getting a good hike in salary. Who knows after a year , you'll be here or not. May be you'll be layed off. So, just grab this opportunity, get a good salary. Don't get stucked here in comfort zone.
And about these managers, they will get some excuse ready for you next year.

After he taking np back , now manager and tl , hr are neglected and said company performance is not good and also don't have project not doing well.

In Accenture you will get nothing all they are saying is fake. So move on. I have faced the same.
