Trending @Accenture; Which company is best Accenture or TCS?

TCS is far better than Accenture.Accenture may take interview for a particular role and will be allocating you to a project that doesn't match with your role.For example if you are interviewed for software developer role for development project you may be allocated to support project and variable pay may not be paid for first year and it will be very less percentage.Probation period in TCS is 3 months where as in Accenture is 6 months.TCS pay 100% VP for junior and atleast 50% for senior level but in Accenture you can't expect that too.Job security TCS is good than Accenture.

Accenture, the amount of projects here are much more than TCS but at the end all depends on how much vitamin M you are getting. If TCS gives you more than maybe negotiate with Accenture for more and then join

But for job security?
