Trending @Accenture; Which Accenture unit better as per work quality?

Don't think it's even a comparison
S&C quality of hiring is better and it reflects on the kind of work we do too. In my own case I come from a pretty good MBA and have found the quality of peers to be excellent.
It's the work hours and intensity that sucks. The pay is also phenomenal for S&C post MBA. I think the two brands should be separated, it makes it very confusing!

Umm why do you seem like you have a chip on your shoulder You don't even know what ATCI is like, but commenting like you're some high flyer
Not trying to pick a battle but this is really too much man "S&C quality of hiring is better"

Hard to swallow the truth but is the only way to learn and grow. Strive for better, instead of debating

How to switch from ATCI to S&C?

As a manager, I can confirm that the LCR of ATCI folks for any level is way higher than those of S&C. I’m mostly referring to the tech talent (DS/DE/DA). ATCI tech folks get paid more, and have more perks. Consulting work isn’t the bread and butter, and someone really shouldn’t have a chip on their shoulder just because they’re from S&C, coming from someone in S&C. Every vertical has their own caveats and it’s no reason to look down upon any.

Interesting, Thanks for shedding that insight

Add a third option: outside of both of them
I am sure that will be the most selected answer 😂

Tough to answer this. They are genuinely behaving as just two different companies. And plus, it doesn't matter which is which, it's the project that ends up dictating what your work quality and work life will be like.
Get a good project with a good lead, you'll have a good time. But in 60% of the cases, your life will be screwed
