I think only through rewards.accenture.com atleast you can get sum of your base and variable amount you have received till now through Print option available there...Hope it helps !!!

Yeah that way I got it, but let's suppose I want to share it with other , so how can I show them that that my total CTC is x which consist of y as fixed and z as variable

You can show original Offer letter plus every year hike..let them add !! As on offer letter CTC what we actually get
