Next month I'm going to complete 2 years then I will put papers and look for a product based company.
Will there be any increments? Our management is crying out loud that there's no money , since no profit was there.
Han correct but only difference is that they used to make 10million dollars now they are making 9.5million. They are is loss of 500k dollar 😂😂😂. Thats the real loss 🤣
yes🥲,they are somehow over-predicting their profit and in return giving dry promotion and no hikes to us to compensate that loss percentage in their over-predicted profit percentage 😪
They are playing with people's sentiments due to low hikes and variable bonuses.
I have just got confirmation from my manager that there is no mid year hike this time, only they are giving variable bonuses. If anyone is eligible for promotion they will be promoted (limited members).
I think we will come to know from next week.
