The vp allocation is done on tool. Even pip. Now nothing changes. So u can resign. I just did ;)

My suggestion is to secure another offer and then do it, it's not the right time to resign without offer in hand

Do u have an offer? If u do resign immediately else wait for nov-outcome and resign in 1st week of Dec.

Best time to resign is as soon as you get to know your outcome, as next cycle is 6 months away and before that you'll be out of the organisation

If you wanna early release, resign now. You will be put in PIP, then u can tank it to get LWD within 30 days.
If you wanna put papers then search for job, put it in Jan 1st week.
No point in Dec as proj undergo furlough, no new interviews too.

It's best to resign now, your VP will be payable as you will still be on payroll.

Hike is frozen & will not be changed now.

So resigning now or Dec doesn't matter much

Get offer and resign

Best time to resign is when you are ready for next t challenge.. if you are capable you can get 100-200% hike don't wait for shit VP

Please don’t let anyone know that you are resigning in dec or etc .because sometimes hikes or Vps gets revoked

You wait only till Nov 15, Even variables will be locked in the system. PIP phase is already over, now your people lead can play with your variable only.
