Trending @Accenture; When should I quit
I joined Accenture back in August 2023. And got into a project by Oct 2023. I want to complete 2 years of experience before leaving Accenture.
So does my "2 years of experience" get completed in August or by October?
My initial plan was to submit my resignation next month, so by the time I leave, it'll be mid of Sept. But I heard from friends of other companies that their companies don't consider the training period. Is this true for accenture too?

None company ask how much months you’re in project, You experience will count at Accenture not in project.
You experience started the moment you joined. Its Accenture’s incapability that they weren’t able to get you a project fast enough. Also 2 month is something you can absolutely just tell the hiring manager that you were working for. No one goes on to verify
