When I will get hike in Accenture? I joined in dec 2023 , more than 1.5 year passed when I will be getting hike/appraisal? How much I can expect ? Currently on bench

You should already have received a hike in the last Dec 2024 only if you are in a project.

Hi @Jaddu - Most of them in my domain got only after 2 years and for me after 3.5 years🥲. So much wait here mahn. Many people even leave cox of that. I got 19.8 hike for promotion which was comparatively less.
