Trending @Accenture; When exactly is the idea time to log off, considering you log in at 930 in the morning..?

6:00 to 6:30 should be ideal. But sometimes shit happens and you have to be available till 10:00.

Ps: sometimes = everytime😀

Also take as many breaks possible in middle or short naps. It would be very difficult to sit 9 hrs.
