Bro Look for other options. You are getting very less. I am on my notice period. Here on level 10, 16 LPA Fixed+3.36 LPA Variable. YOE :- completing 6 years in mid July. I am already holding an offer of 21.5 LPA Fixed. And chances the company will make it 25 by March, 2025.
So you can get much better than me.

I am 6.5 yrs at level 9. Total 14 yrs experienced. All with Accenture. There are no openings outside. I am not a low performer. But can't lick the shoes of manager also.
