Regarding the june cycle when can we expect the calls from supervisor regarding variable pay and promotions. I saw in one of the post that people are getting calls regarding promotions in this month only.

We get variable pay in the month of May, so generally the managers call in mid of May declaring how much bonuses you're gonna get.
