I joined Accenture in October 2024. It's been almost a year since I've joined. Recently, I've gotten a project. When can I expect a hike or promotion? If yes, which month and how much of a hike can I expect, and how much of an increase in pay can I expect? Current package: 4.6, in hand: 28,000 per month, ASE, Level 12.

ASE get default promoted after 15 months in some business groups unless there is some performance issues, since you seem to have got into a project recently chances of promotion is low this cycle. Hike you will get if they have budgets, looking at historical data will be around 5-8%.
