Trending @Accenture; When can be get our feedback

Hi guys, just wanted to check, when people lead will share the feedback with us, as I am looking for project change but I am worried if I tell them now they will reduce my hike percentage. The managers had told I will get good hike, but asking for project change which he won't like at all. One more question I have feedback is already given by manager to people lead, can they change it anytime

Please respond if anyone has some info.
