21moTrending @Accenture; When and how to request for a month's leave?
I wanted to take a month's leave in july, just for interview preparation purpose ofcourse I won't mention that to them. But Is it too late to ask my lead for it now or I can ask? Or should I take in August and put the request now? Any suggestions

@Developer27 prepare for interviews after work time or whenever you are free and don’t have work! Take leaves only for interviews and not prep ! You can easily prepare for interviews in 45 days along with work!
1 month leave is considered as a very bad impression unless it’s an emergency!
