Trending @Accenture; Whats the Hike in dec 2023. With or without promotion

mostly it was around 10-15%, some got 15-25% and some got no hike

But they had triggered mail. Right India and Sri Lanka based employees will not get.. so they haven't given hikes to any of us.. but those who needed mandatory promotion as per the rule.. they got promoted

Level 12 people got mandatory hike of 11% without promotion.

I got 15 per with promotion.

Yes . India and Sri Lanka . Mostly no hike . Even promotion were given with 10-15 % hike only
