It's been 3.6 years working in L10 , every time manager says it will take time, anyone have any idea how long it will take time to get promotion with default time if manager has not considered

I personally prefer hikes over promotion (even if it is delayed), more pay less responsibility, but I don't know if that is actually good🤔
