What's the 45 days redeployment period in Accenture? Will this be considered the same as PIP?

After 2 refusal ( among which one was not at all a refusal) i have been tagged in 45 day deployment but i am not getting any project calls now, should i be worried about it , should i search outside , should i consider this as PIP.
