Its not award its program they give you management or leadership skills Eligibility is you need to be level 11 below but your manager should nominate you only one person from project is selected they give extra money for completing courses and mba program i don’t know they will ask you to find sponsor like from client or leadership some one for mba

Will they provide degree or not? If yes, then from which university?
