Trending @Accenture; Whats IMP? Job or Hike/VP?
In the era of layoffs and IT job market down, having job and supporting your family is blessing instead of giving more importance to hike or variable pay.
What do think? What is more important to you in such situation?
The market will be always down, the more population gets the competition also gets harder. I understand blessed with job, but what if persons with personal problems, health issues, loans, all these require some additional money.
If personal issue is there then better to move on for better pay i hope
I personally believe that having the job is more important respective of whether you are getting less high or no will be because I have seen lot of my colleagues with 6 to 10 years of experience who are facing lots of issues in their new company, though they have already taken the hikes and trust me Getting job and getting a good salary hike is also that easy so I’ll prefer to stay with the same company rather than jumping to another company, although you need to consider the fact that right now, the other companies will not provide you that much good hike as we used to get 2 3 years back currently right now the market correction is going on in terms of salary pay so those who thought that getting job and getting high packaging ideas that easy so this struggle is going to there for next 2 to 3 years
