Trending @Accenture; What worse can happen?
I am less than a year old in Accenture. Got terrible feedback and outcome says no hike which i thought so, but now 0% bonus.
Is this an indication of putting me into PIP and eventually throwing out?
There is more context and I am a victim of leadership level politics, cannot share more about my role else it will be identified clearly?
Can anyone at L7 and above tell me, what worse can happen now? Will i end up loosing my job?
If they start documenting your work and give you strong feedback on mails its sign that pip documentation has started.. thy will communicate before putting in pip... in pip tool thy mention period like 1 or 2 months.. before that there will be HR call with all stakeholders
Even after closing pip satisfactorily, they won’t promote you for another 2years. Better to leave than waste time here.
Usually there is one rule in Accenture from L-11 to L-8 one from each level should be in pip from each project …..L-11 to L-9 will on work mode …..L-9 and L-8 will be on higher level scam…..even if you are in PIP if your manager satisfies with your work or if you are close with that people they can roll back you from the pip
Same happened with me, not sure why.
They can put you in PIP, will depend on how you handle the next 6 months after being put on PIP. Also a lot will depend on your people rooting for you, so be in contact with them at least monthly.
