Trending @Accenture; What will happen if project put refusal tag on me?

I have been tagged to project which they mentioned it is development role while interview now they are saying it's L1 support i asked them for roll off bcoz in starting i specifically mentioned i want development role...now they have soft lock me then 1 project is ok with me and I got challenged lock mail? The pmo of 1st project i am not yet rolled off my question is will they put role refusal tag on me... And if they I do have right to say 'No' as from start I am mentioning I want development and not support?
