Trending @Accenture; What to do in this situation ? , im at CL12 currently .

Hi everyone, need help. Basically I joined Accenture on Sep 30, 2024, then after that I had my stream training in Java which ended around mid-Jan. After that, I have been in the entry pool, had good understanding and hands-on knowledge in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Test, Spring REST APIs, yet didn’t receive any project calls and I have been in the entry pool for 2 months (Feb, March, and mid-April). Then I came to bench for 2–3 weeks, as I filled relocation as well thinking I might get an opportunity in the opted location, but they put me in cross-training in Azure Security, and told me that we will be getting a project once we complete this, which was nothing but a scam. Once I finished with Azure Security cross-training, I got my relocation to the opted location, and they shadow-locked me to some project which I don’t have any idea about — it was just a default project for relocation purpose. After that, they put me in ServiceNow CSA certification, told me to complete this, and I had a connect with the people lead. He told me about priorities where I need to fill some, like what I did and what I’ll be doing. As I told him that I have been going through ServiceNow CSA training and need to complete this, he said you can add that as they just need to evaluate performance, which I have something to show for what I did till this. I asked him about when we will be getting projects, but he just said keep doing certifications (like after CSA, I might do CAD and others, then I might get into projects). I don’t know what’s going on. I also came in touch with a few managers and seniors as well, they told me to do some AWS or Azure certification instead of this. As of now, I haven’t completed certification as I’m confused what to do, as I have been reaching out to people (Java/Python projects) as it is something I have always been good at. But none of them are responding back. As of now, I’m just skilling myself in microservices and trying to look outside as well. So just here, if you can guide me like what should I do or if there is any open demand in Java/Python, let me know about it.

Do all the certificates you can while you don't have any project. Use this time to learn and up skill.

As far as your area of interest is concerned, if you're lucky you'll get project in that otherwise Accenture or any MNC doesn't care what you want. They'll utilize you in what their needs are.
