Trending @Accenture; what to do if HR is not responding
HR is not responding neither to mail nor to direct messages,HR is intentionally ignoring everything. Is there any option or anywhere I can reach.
Add his/her manager in cc
Same happening with me these are the worst HR’s in accenture and also they act like as there are paying us
I am asking for 15 days early release still they are crying even if i am getting release from project on 31st aug post that i will be on bench for month.
First thing is if we ping them they wont reply only post seeing the pings /mails
The worst part of accenture is HR’s in accenture
They act like they are so busy, even the project Sr Manager and Manager are replying. But these HRs are just Happy Making the other person's life worse.
I have faced the same thing during the whole resignation process, adding their supervisor in CC really helped
If not head towards the country leads
Push to the Skip level make sure your language is polite
Make sure you are asking something reasonable and only HR can help as this may backfire if your manager is copied. CC HR's manager and if still there is no reply directly email HR's manager along with HR.
Raise issue with your manager as well
Write a mail to his/her's manager and tell there's no response from HR and ask them that whom I can contact with the issue, it helped in my case
