5moTrending @Accenture; What should I expect in this appraisal cycle ??
I am L9 resource completed 4 years with Accenture are 11 YOE overall experience, with mal at 70(includes as tl from previous organization as well). I definitely know I will be not promoted now but can I expect hike now??

No hikes can be expected in this cycle unless you’re promoted. We were told thet the annual cycle has been changed to June, hence the next Annual hike will only by June’26
