Trending @Accenture; What should I do to ensure promotion at Accenture?
13.5 yoe level 9 and last promoted 8 yrs ago in prev company. Joined Accenture in 2022 and no promotion for last 2 yrs even though I worked on skills, certification, competency, etc. Any leads for sure shot promotion since jump from l9 to l8 seems impossible right now?
Promotion isn't guaranteed. Focus on building strong relationships, showcasing achievements, and staying patient. Keep an eye on internal opportunities and continue skill development. Persistence is essential.
Nothing Matters if you are not good at boot licking.. There is always a certain quota in every deal and project and only the favourites are pushed to the top.. If u have enough experience then switch coz managers here are very good at giving lolipops.. in short nobody cares or bothers.. since 2 years ppl are working on same salary and they have they audacity to ask in the surveys about our financial and mental well being when they themselves have screwed us big time.. if they give increment they mess up variable pay.. Begging for promotion in every cycle and then undeserving crooks telling us lies about budget and what needs to be done and what not is a very absurd process.. You are judged after slogging for hours and hours for an entire year and then all you get to hear is what else can you bring on the plate..
Just switch if the company does not honor your worth..

8 years and not even a single promotion ? Like when you joined Accenture didn't you join for a good offer or just for the same offer which your previous organisation used to provide ?
Joined after break of 2 yrs during COVID so had to join at same position..worked 1.5 yrs as contractor and then made fte by Accenture, sadly all at same position
Work as hard as you can my friend. Communicate as clearly as you can. So all of this 6 months before promotion

Why do you wanna get promoted? Just get a better offer and leave. Don’t have any hopes up regarding promotion this year
Only way here to get promoted is li-k--g manager, just leave this shitty org ASAP buddy
