
Trending @Accenture; What should I do if my manager doesn't consider me for promotion.. It's more than 2 years, but still there isn't a word

Good you have waited to get first clear the eligibility criteria, you need to be exceptionally well or project has some promotion to be given and you are the only candidate. Then only you will be promoted.

The thing is my team has multiple ASE's so everyone is not given opportunities to perform..I think it's just not fair..

C'mon Mr Associate Director, the only eligibility criteria for promotion is that you should have crossed probation period. I know someone who got promoted to L9 from L10 after 11 months of joining accenture

Promotion depends on current package, resource criticality and some other factors. Just years of experience won't fetch you promotion

My friend waited 4 years and he didn't get a promotion after I forced him he resigned now. You should also resign and look for opportunities outside you can easily get 100% hike

Your response itself explains that you have the big one and used it a lot otherwise you wouldn't have taken it so personally and responded like this. FYI... There are exceptions who get growth and promotions without licking the as* of their managers and I am one of them but I do see many people around like you who forget about their self respect etc. and ready to lick 247 and these kind of people only have ruined everything. People who are willing to work religiously and more seriously about their work do not get the chance because of licking a people.
