Trending @Accenture; What shall I enter in my Priorities?
I spent just 3 months joining Accenture, and yesterday I received a mail from my People Lead that my Priorities and ABCD reflection is pending. But here I am with 0 knowledge about what exactly it is 🥲. Can anyone please suggest something to me about this?
Priorities are your targets which you want to keep during your training period or in your project with due date in future by keeping your TL/Manager as Reviewer. And ABCD reflection is your self review on priority like what you did to complete the priority and what you want to do better in it. Priority samples are available on Accenture portal as well as on Google (how to set priority on workday/ priority template for workday). Ex. Priority - on time deliverables (meaning- submitting myTE , completing essential mylearning, filling out Surveys before due date. )
