Raised complaint to HR regarding my toxic lead, a shit lady !! Who doesnt know how to talk in a teams call. She scolded me for stupid things and says oh no , dont take it personal blah blah blah. Now dilemma is shall i stay in this toxic project or stay , improve myself n face them but dont take shit from them!! Manager and other leads are also same , toxicity at daily level and arrogant for no reason. Cannot believe Accenture is hiring such unethical people.

If you are asking someone for an opinion, I would say learn how to handle it. Based on ur role you might have not come across the worst managers or leads earlier I feel. People are everywhere, who are doing wrong staying peacefully but genuine people want to leave. Who should leave and how... you should re-think in handling these people in a better way by keeping emotions aside. Read about politics and mind management. Take it as an opportunity to learn, you might not get this experience everywhere to utilize the opportunity.

Fyi , everyone...i have confronted this lead both on chat and on 1:1 call..she says its not personal with you....she shouted multiple times over things missed by me related to work. As humans we all do mistakes silly ones too, its not like some escalation etc .. But still i feel with 14 yoe , m mistreated, feels so embarassed when you get insulted at in front of others... Grievance links pls , i am in totally revenge mode ... Want a project roll off Asap

Don't let them insult you there are dedicated platforms to raise your voice. Search in the emails you will find. I did get it but forgot. I have encountered such situations, we cannot run from everywhere. I just tell them to behave professionally otherwise I am disconnecting the call. However this attitude will have different implications which I think you already know.

Thanks for your suggestions...but asking for a roll off and bench is it good ? I am at lead L9 level , scrum master , is bench safe?
