Trending @Accenture; What may be the min. threshold period for a fresher ASE(performing his/her best) to get a hike?

Not sure about June but normally people will get a hike in December cycle, not aware of those cycles since I'm a fresher too. Let's say you have joined in Accenture after June 1st and on/before December 1st, 6 months will your training period max after that you will be in either bench or Will be hard locked into a project( you can choose to be in bench if you want to by not responding to mails and ignoring the texts from project calls but i won't recommend it), after spending 6 months into project you'll complete 1yr in Accenture in December cycle you will be getting hike between 10-13% given your Career Level-12.

There's no such criteria saying you have to spend 4/5/6 months in a project or whatsoever, but my recommendation would be, try to be in any project by December so that you can get that hike 😉

And yeah for the % in hike you need feedback from your supervisor. End of August will be the last date for receiving feedback on Workday.

But don't expect anything.... times are not good.....those who have worked even they are not getting anything....just an average bonus....
