Trending @Accenture; What makes you to stay in Accenture?

Accenture is providing WFH so I can take care of my baby along with my work..
That's why staying at Accenture.. otherwise there is nothing like hike or promotion from last 2.5 years

Nothing but just some responsibilities which can only be fulfilled by having a salary.
