Trending @Accenture; What makes you stay at Accenture?

Hi all, Just checking with all to know, why are you still in Accenture. Most people I see are unhappy with management policies and growth here. The work culture is also getting worse day by day.

For me it's not having any offer outside.

50% of the time I think about leaving beacuse of low package, other 50% I think about the crappy work life balance I am going to get in next company.

Good long term Project with onsite opportunity (2 week in Netherlands every year in Client location)
Not much opportunity in my base location due to tier 2 city
Just 1 day a week when other companies have made it 2/3/5 days a week mandatory
Salary in good range as I made 2 switches during the Covid time to increase my CTC.
