Trending @Accenture; What is this promotion Slots ? Some kind of Lottery !
I have been told that you are giving your best , we are pushing your name very aggressively since last two cycles but there are no ASE slots coming for our project !
This is absolutely unacceptable who is deciding these slots , what is the use of performing then if these slots will come as lottery and everything depends on Luck.
Promotion slots are nothing budget approved by accenture central team ( imaginary team) , from HR to your leads no one will be having clarity , they are just following orders
If they want to give promotion they give to only people they like not to deserving candidates i am waiting from 3 years but sake answer every time budget issues - no slots - its decided within overall client teams not just our team . But people are getting promoted only who they want to get Someone got promoted back to back in my Poland team so they don’t come under client budgets it seems only Indians come
Resign and switch
Its all politics , favoritism and bluffing
The situation has changed. Look at last 2 3 years all the appraisal cycles. You must think now what will we get even if we promoted ? Just 10-13% hike and 100% increased responsibility with and countless mentions from Managers about favor they did by promoting you.
From last few years at Accenture , promotion IS NOT = good salary hike
We should switch company
No use to work..
